Purple Bricks just sold for £1 plus the debt. Local agent ‘rationalising’ branches. Our house in a national newspaper described ‘Hot Spot’ reduced 13pc to sell. “The market fell off a cliff at Christmas”, quote from recently redundant local Chartered Surveyor. Oh the times they are a-changin’.
Joy as always. Now I need to move to a communal manor house; an unexpected turn in my life but I'm sure my family will understand.
